Welcome!

My name is Céline and I’m an integrative therapist from Switzerland.

I came to Barcelona to live with my Catalan partner.

I am pleased to be able to offer my solid background of over 10 years of professional experience in psychotherapy to clients at Therapy in Barcelona.

What particularly speaks to me about Therapy in Barcelona is its cultural diversity and above all its sense of community.

English, French, German, Swiss-German

Adults

MSc Clinical Psychology, BSc Psychology and Social Sciences, Postgraduate degree Cognitive Behavioural and Integrative Psychotherapy

Let me share an exercise: gain control and find calm on a hard day.

So, what does working with me feel like?

I will give you time to express yourself.

My goal is to provide a safe space for you to explore your emotions and thoughts.

I provide a space of unconditional acceptance.

I am an optimistic, non-judgmental and empathetic therapist.

I offer strategies for you to move forward.

To enable and empower you to face life’s challenges in a healthy and autonomous way.

A balance of professionalism and humanity.

I consider it an immense privilege and honour that clients trust me with their intimate thoughts and feelings.

I have an integrative approach.

I draw from my knowledge of CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), Schema Therapy, Ego-State Therapy, Systemic, Psychodynamic, DBT (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy), and other Third Wave approaches including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction interventions.

Who do I help?

Individuals

Anxiety, depression, burnout, AD(H)D, substance abuse, life crises, separation, infidelity, self-esteem, communication issues, divorce, dating, abusive relationships, eating issues, work-life challenges, high intellectual potential, relationship issues, direction in life, fears, mild anger management, infertility, women's health, fertility concerns, pre-natal and post-natal mothers, post-partum difficulties, stress, mild personality disorders, attachment issues, sleep issues.

I studied psychology because it allows me to understand people, their situation and the roots of their feelings.

Building a strong professional connection and accompanying clients in their journey of transformation is the most rewarding aspect of my work.

How did I realise my calling in life was psychology?

details that shape me as a person

I’ve worked in challenging settings. Practicing at a male correctional centre and in acute inpatient care taught me a million lessons I’m thankful for.

I’m a foodie. Barcelona is a paradise, offering traditional Catalan cuisine and vibrant international flavours.

I choose joy. I believe a sense of humour can lighten any difficult situation. I bring light into a profession that can at times be heavy.

Are you ready to learn skills to feel better?

If you need support, fill in the form, and the Intake Coordinator will contact you within 24-48 hours.

I find it very rewarding to accompany my clients and help them navigate through storms.
