If you need some support in adjusting to your move to Barcelona, this group is for you!

Who will facilitate the group?
Claudia Redlinger is a clinical psychologist from Mexico City who offers her services as a therapist in Barcelona. She’s been part of Therapy in Barcelona since 2020 and in the psychology field for over 10 years. She believes that therapy is part of a self discovery journey where the goal is personal growth and introspection. She is constantly studying to learn new ways to understand people and get new tools to make therapy a better place for her clients.  
Also a mother of 3 kids, Claudia is Interested in a healthy life style, veganism, animal activism, cooking, baking, nature, books, movies, exploring new things and spirituality.
 
Who can participate?
Expat adults who live in Barcelona and are looking for a secure space to connect, grow and share with other people. Anyone who is looking for support and wants to learn new tools to take care of their mental health. 
You are not alone!
 
What will we do?
The aim is to have a closed group with a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 8 people. We’ll make the commitment to attend 8 sessions together. 

In each session we will learn about an important topic, share with each other, learn tools to manage your emotions and situation in a secure, accepting, compassionate and respectful space.

Monday’s from 20.00 till 21.30

Each session will be 1.5 hours long

The sessions will be in a cozy environment were you will be able to drink tea or water and take off your shoes and just be you. 

 
Investment:
390€ (incl VAT), including material, and the 8 facilitated sessions of 12 hours total. 
330€ (incl VAT) Early Bird price if you enrol Before October the 5th 
 
The full amount needs to be paid before the course starts to be able to participate.
