We are passionate about the mental health and wellbeing of Barcelona’s expats.
We know what it is like to feel rootless, to brave the fear and excitement of leaving your country of origin. We know what it is like to raise children without a village, to feel isolated and lonely, to experience culture shock, homesickness, grief and loss and all the other challenges and stresses of transitioning to life in Barcelona.
