English Speaking Therapy in Gràcia, Barcelona For Expats and Internationals

Therapy in English in Gràcia

Gràcia is full of charm with its local plazas, bohemian cafés, and village atmosphere, but living here as an international brings real challenges.

If you’re an English speaking expat or international in Gràcia feeling anxious, lonely, or stuck, we’re here to help.

At Therapy in Barcelona, our international therapists understand what it’s like to build a life away from home.

We get it because we’re living it -the excitement mixed with uncertainty, the frustrating cultural differences, the way simple tasks can feel overwhelming when everything’s unfamiliar.

We offer therapy in English to support you through life’s challenges. Whether you’re wrestling with homesickness, feeling overwhelmed by work pressure, or finding dating or relationships more complicated than expected, you don’t have to navigate these challenges alone.

We can help you feel more grounded in your day-to-day.

Why Choose Us:

Our team brings both professional expertise and lived experience as internationals.

You’ll find a safe, confidential space to share your story, tools for coping, and support that meets you where you are - for online therapy or for therapy in our Eixample office, just a short trip from Gràcia.

About Grácia:

Gràcia has the community feel that made you fall in love with Barcelona.

The narrow streets, the neighbourhood squares, the sense that you're living in a real place, not just passing through.

But even in the midst of that vibrancy, you can feel isolated.

Creative work can be lonely. Freelancing abroad has its own pressures. And building authentic connections takes time you might not have.

We work with internationals in Gràcia who are navigating the realities of expat life - the creative professionals burning out, the freelancers dealing with financial anxiety, the people who moved here for adventure and are now confronting what comes after the novelty wears off.

Our therapists are expats who understand what it means to choose this life and still struggle with it.

Our office is just down the road in Eixample, with both in-person and online therapy sessions available.

Who We Help:

Expat Adults dealing with anxiety, depression, or the ups and downs of building a new life abroad.

Maybe you moved here for work or love, but find yourself questioning whether you made the right choice.

International Couples working through relationship challenges amplified by cultural differences or the stress of relocating together.

Living abroad can strengthen relationships, but it can also expose fault lines you didn't know existed.

Expatriate Families helping children adjust to new schools while managing their own transition.

Parenting in a different culture brings unique pressures, especially when you're missing your usual support network.

Digital Nomads and Remote Workers in Gràcia struggling with isolation, work-life boundaries, or the particular loneliness that can come with location independence.

How We Can Help:

Freelance anxiety, financial stress, remote work overwhelm, the pressure of making it work abroad. We help you understand what’s underneath and give you practical tools to manage it.

When the life you built doesn’t feel like you thought it would, depression can creep in. We create space to explore what’s really going on.

Cross-cultural relationships, online dating, non-traditional partnerships, navigating commitment abroad. We work with singles and couples figuring out what they need from each other.

Living the dream can still be exhausting. We help internationals process the reality of expat life, creative work, and finding sustainable ways to live here.

Your success
is our success.
