Arne is a Clinical Psychologist from the Netherlands and a Collaborating Therapist at Therapy in Barcelona. He works with adults, couples and adolescents. Today he shares some great tips on keeping a positive diary.


Arne is schooled in CBT, as well as third generation treatments like mindfulness, MBCT, positive psychology and solution focused therapy. This set of tools allows him to adjust and attend to you as a person and make sure you shape the sessions together in the best way suited to you.
