Mindfulness
Mindfulness is the act of bringing your full attention to your present experience. Mindfulness requires that we accept the present moment, by observing situations, feelings, sensations and thoughts, without judgment.
If you notice you feel overwhelmed by your thoughts and feelings, or are missing out on your life and relationships while you are living in your mind, mindfulness may be for you.

We facilitate the acquisition of mindfulness through workshops and in our individual sessions.
