I offer you a space where you can safely and honestly explore your experiences, identify who you are at a holistic level and witness the growth that this process can offer you.
Hello!
I’m Rachelle, a Psychotherapist from the Republic of Ireland.
Visiting new places and experiencing different cultures gives me energy and a zest for life. So far, I have visited to 5/7 continents. I am thrilled at the opportunity to work with clients from diverse cultures and backgrounds at Therapy in Barcelona.
Though I have travelled and worked in a number of countries engaging with many cultures, I find myself drawn to Barcelona’s special fusion of vibrance , excitement and warmth.

Simply, I was fascinated with psychology from a young age.
Psychology gives people the tools to maximise their quality of their life.
The study of applied psychology and psychotherapy enables me to empower people to understand their challenges and provide them with a toolbox of coping skills.
What I like most about this work is the genuine deep connection in the therapeutic relationship.
The unfolding awareness and growth that a client gains from engaging in therapy is amazing.
Why did I choose to study Psychology?

details about me
Nature loving. I am from a rural background, so being in nature helps me feel connected to my roots.
I am dyslexic. It made me aware early on that the things we cannot change, we must understand and work to our advantage.
I’m active. In my free time, I love to read, attend yoga classes and go kayaking. I also enjoy hiking.
