I’m Ana, a Mexican Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist.

I have worked and lived in Chicago, and now Barcelona. I came to Barcelona to complete my Masters in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy and never looked back. 

I specialise in helping adults and adolescents navigate the unique challenges of life and living abroad.

Career Change.  I transitioned from studying Law to pursuing my passion for Psychology. I believe in embracing opportunities to explore new paths in life.

Little Mood Boosts. I love doing street photography, drinking good coffee, scouting new places to eat, music jam sessions, and picnics on Montjuic.

Caring for Living Beings. I enjoy time with my dogs, Clara and Julia. I also look after my plants and they all have names!

Please note that the first session for adolescents is  always a parent/s ONLY session. Subsequent appointments are for the adolescent.
